Make the Money Move Visible
Map the ways your work can earn, then give each offer a clear next step and a record you can trust.

List the work that can earn
Map the lanes that fit your actual work: shows, merch, production, licensing, memberships, or brand collaborations. You do not need to pursue every lane at once. Start with the offer you can explain and deliver clearly.
Write down what the buyer receives, what you need to deliver it, and how someone takes the next step. Clarity helps you spot a real opportunity and a vague promise before time gets spent.
Keep the record
Keep your agreements, invoices, receipts, credits, and delivery notes together. A written record protects the details of the work and makes it easier to understand what is moving, what is late, and what needs a follow-up.
Price the work with honesty
Know what the project requires before you agree to it. If the scope changes, name the change and revisit the agreement. Never rely on a handshake to explain the deal; a direct written summary helps everyone stay on the same page.
