Book the Room You Can Deliver In

A prepared artist makes the promoter’s work easier and protects the quality of the performance.

Know what you are agreeing to

Ask about the date, running order, set length, soundcheck, arrival time, ticket expectations, and payment terms before you confirm. Clear questions early prevent awkward surprises later.

Choose rooms and lineups that match the audience you can genuinely serve. A good fit gives you a better chance to perform well and build a relationship that lasts beyond one night.

Make your show easy to support

Keep a live clip ready, reply with your setup needs and availability, and arrive with the music and files you need. Showing up prepared is part of the performance and part of your reputation.

Follow through after the room clears

Thank the people who made the show possible, share the next legitimate step, and save the details while they are fresh. Your notes help you decide which rooms, promoters, and setups are worth returning to.
